Right of access
You can request a complete copy of your data at any time. We respond within 30 days.
Right to rectification
If your data is incorrect or incomplete, we correct it immediately upon request.
Right to erasure
You can request deletion of all your data. We remove it completely within 30 days of contract termination.
Right to portability
Receive your data in JSON or CSV format, to transfer to another provider.
Right to object
You can object to the processing of your data for marketing or profiling purposes.
Right to restriction
You can request restriction of processing of your data in certain circumstances.
How to exercise your rights
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject [GDPR] Request and specify:
- ✓The right you want to exercise
- ✓The email address associated with your account
- ✓Proof of identity (if you are not authenticated)
We respond within 30 calendar days. The service is free.
Supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Romania: ANSPDCP (National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing)
